Family-owned farms
Our eggs are supplied by small family-owned farms in Northern Ireland, with 80% of production within 20 miles from our main office in Lisnaskea. All of our farmers have a strong foundation in livestock production and understand that high standards of animal welfare go hand in hand with efficient production. They embrace the British Lion Code for egg production and are proud to be approved by the RSPCA.
Farm visits
We visit our farms on a monthly basis to give support where necessary and create a close working relationship. We also understand that it is through our farmers that we can help control our environmental impact and achieve our targets for sustainable clean growth. Our farmers are fully on board; all have low energy LED lights, planted trees to improve farm biodiversity and many other projects.
